Presenter: Dr Sarah Dalton

Dr Sarah Dalton is a senior healthcare leader, qualified coach, and Paediatric Emergency Physician. A former President of the Paediatric and Child Health Division of the Royal Australasian College of Physicians, Sarah has held a range of clinical and executive leadership roles across NSW Health over the past 20 years.

A Fulbright Scholar in Clinical Leadership and graduate of the INSEAD Coaching Certificate, Sarah is passionate about using coaching conversations to support healthcare professionals to lead effectively, unlock solutions, and perform at their best. Her work focuses on leadership, reflective practice, and improving the quality and safety of healthcare through coaching-informed approaches.

Moderator: Rita Holland, Capstan Partners

Rita is the Founder/Director of Capstan Partners, program lead, facilitator, and professional leadership coach with over 25 years’ experience designing and delivering behavioural science–based coaching, leadership and development programs. She has provided more than 2,500 hours of coaching to medical leaders, clinicians and healthcare professionals, across leadership, performance, career transition, and wellbeing.

Rita holds a Master of Applied Science (Coaching Psychology) from the University of Sydney (2007) and is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coaching Federation, including PCC Assessor accreditation (2024).

Q1: I didn't receive a link - what should I do?
A: a. Following checkout you we send an email with a link to watch the webinar live. If it's not in your inbox, please check your junk/spam folder for the email on the date you registered
    b. 1 hour before the webinar starts, we also send out a reminder email with the link, please check your junk/spam folder for the email 
    c. If it's not in your inbox/junk folder please email [email protected].

Q2: I missed watching the webinar live, when do I get the recording link?
A: We'll send you a link to the recording after the webinar airs to watch the recording, whether or not you viewed it live. 
If you registered after the live webinar started: you'll receive an email just after you check out that contains the link to view the recording.

Q3: Can I still register and watch the recording after the webinar has run?
