Allied Health Member Online Membership Form

Professional Membership is available to those who hold an allied health qualification (such as nursing, physiotherapy, chiropractic, genetic counselling, optometry, podiatry and speech pathology) accredited in Australia or New Zealand (or a similar qualification that is deemed equivalent by the Board). Please read sections 11.2 and 11.6 of the constitution for your entitlements and requirements as a Professional Member.

Once you have clicked on the 'Submit Order' button at checkout, an order confirmation should appear if the payment was successful. You will then receive a membership welcome email and separate email with your tax invoice/receipt. Access to your online member benefits will be activated by the next business day in myASUM.
