Professional Member (Medical) Online Membership Form

Professional Member (Medical) membership is available to Medical Practitioners in New Zealand registered with MCNZ. Medical Practitioners intending to enrol in the CCPU or DDU should complete this membership form, if they do not meet the requirements of Trainee Associate Membership. Please ensure you have your MCNZ registration number ready before proceeding with your application. Once you have clicked on the 'Submit Order' button at checkout, an order confirmation should appear if the payment is successful. You will then receive a membership welcome email and separate email with your tax invoice/receipt. Access to your online member benefits will be activated by the next business day in myASUM.
